Q: When is Kill Hannah coming to my town?
A: This is a tough one. The tour schedule changes week to week, so the band often doesn't know where they will be headed next. When on tour with a headliner, the schedule is largely dictated by them, so Kill Hannah doesn't choose the cities to visit. Primarily, booking agents set up the tours, and the band has little input. Suffice to say that if you're writing to ask Kill Hannah to come to your town, that they really want to!

Q: I ordered merch, but didn't receive it.
A: Send an email with all of your order details and PayPal receipt to merchandise@killhannah.com

Q: One of the members of Kill Hannah took my picture at a show. Can I see it?
A: Tour pictures are posted roughly once per month. Check out the "Tour Pictures" section to see if your picture is there. Due to the number of pictures snapped, not all of them can be posted.

Q: I run a venue, and I want to book Kill Hannah for a show
A: Email khmail@mail.killhannah.com and your information will be passed on to the booking agent. Please note that replies are not always possible due to the number of requests.

Q; The show in my town is sold out. Can you get me in?
A: Unfortunately, no. Kill Hannah has an extremely small guest list for sold out shows. However, if you arrive at the venue before or after the show, there is a good chance that you can say hello to members of the band.

Q: I took pictures at a Kill Hannah show. Will you post them?
A: Due to space limitations, we cannot post a large number of fan pictures. However, you are highly encouraged to post them on the message board and share them with other fans. If you are a professional photographer that shot a show and would like your pictures posted, please send them to khmail@mail.killhannah.com

Q: I'm in a band and want to open for Kill Hannah.
A: Generally, opening bands are selected by the venue, or in a case of a tour, by booking agents, not Kill Hannah.
